該機組由二到四條螺桿組成,可實現2~7層制品需求結構。螺桿由我司自行設計,該螺桿具有擠出穩定、低剪切熱、塑化好、熔體溫度均勻等特點;同時具備自然排氣或強制排氣功能,易于將熔融塑化后產生的水蒸氣和霉味自然排出,不影響因材料吸潮產生的霉味而影響制品氣味。
該機組與傳統片材機不同:1、可生產多種材料如PP、PS、PLA、PBS、PBAT、碳酸鈣、玉米淀粉、PP半降解等顆粒及其粉碎料生產,實現一機多用。2、配有熔體計量泵,穩定擠出量,保證制品克重穩定均勻。3、具備自然排氣或強制排氣功能,材料無須干燥,易于將熔融塑化后產生的水蒸氣和霉味自然排出,不影響因材料吸潮產生的霉味而影響制品氣味4、設備配有在線測厚裝置,實現全程質量監控及品質查詢;如果配上自動模頭,可實現自動調整厚薄均勻度。5、配置定型裝置,保證制品平整不彎曲,有利于印刷覆膜等工藝要求。6、配置自動收卷裝置,實現自動換卷,減輕工人勞動強度及不必要的材料浪費。

The equipment is equipped with an online thickness measurement device to realize the whole process quality monitoring and quality inquiry; If equipped with automatic die, the thickness uniformity can be adjusted automatically. 5. Equipped with shaping device to ensure that the products are flat and not bent, which is conducive to ensuring the process requirements such as printing and lamination. 6. Configure automatic winding device to realize automatic roll change, reduce labor intensity of workers and unnecessary material waste.
